Sales and special pricing are only valid while supplies last and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Clearance items may be near the sell-by date, they cannot be exchanged. We do not sell items in bulk.

Unfortunately, if an item is out of stock while it’s on sale, the sale price will not be available if the item is restocked after that sale is over. We do not offer rain checks.



Clearance Sale

Occasionally we offer clearance prices on select products. These products do not qualify for extra savings. All prices are final.

Clearance items may be near the sell-by date, they cannot be exchanged or returned.

Gift with Purchase & Free Items

Gift with purchase is available while supplies last. Free products might be near the sell-by date. Rejuvent reserves the right to discontinue these specials at any time. Gifts cannot be returned, or exchanged, and have no cash value. Gifts are one per offer, or as specified in the offer details.

Gift with purchase offers can be discontinued or changed at any time. Gift with purchase offers are limited-time offers and are good while supplies last. If a gift sells out we may substitute it with another product, whenever possible.

If you save your cart, please keep in mind that we do not honor expired specials that exist in old carts. We reserve the right to cancel any order, or any account that abuses the system.



Purchasing Requirements

Some of the brands we carry cannot be sold unless you are a Rejuvent patient. It is an easy process to become a patient, and with a quick phone call, we can accomplish that. Certain brands mandate this requirement, and it is outside of our control.

Some brands cannot be sold online due to those brands’ contractual regulations. If you would like to purchase one of those brands, please call us at 480.889.8880 and we can take your order over the phone. We will need the same required information as it is needed to purchase online. We require your full name, billing, shipping address, phone number, and email address. (email address will not be used unless we receive your request to receive our newsletter).

We use as our credit card processing system and your credit card information is NOT stored on our servers. Even when your credit card is “saved” in your account, it is actually encrypted and stored in the servers.

  • We do not accept bulk orders or sell to resellers – The max quantity for each product is 3 – Orders with more than 3 of each product will be canceled – We do not provide invoices for resellers.
  • We contact every customer with orders flagged by the system. These may include large orders, and name/address mismatches. We reserve the right to cancel orders with too many of one item.
  • We contact new customers when the billing address is different than the shipping address.
  • We contact new customers when the name of the person buying is different than the person receiving the shipment.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order.

If you are not a current patient of Rejuvent Medical Spa and Surgery we reserve the right to verify your identity before shipment.

We currently accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.

We do not accept international orders. We do not accept international credit cards.

We ban all fraudulent accounts.



Shipping & Delivery

Most orders are processed and shipped the next business day after being placed, but delays could occur. We ship by USPS (United States Postal Service). Items not in stock will be shipped when we receive the item, and that will be communicated to the customer. If you have any questions email us at

The U.S. Postal Service delivers packages Monday-Saturday. This should be taken into consideration when estimating delivery dates. Your package will be shipped via Priority mail, which will arrive approximately within 7 to 10 business days. Tracking information will be sent if requested to your email address.

If you order products and would like to pick them up please contact our office as soon as possible or put a note with your order and we will honor your request.

Please note that any package that is abnormally large or heavy may incur additional shipping fees. If this is the case, you will be contacted as soon as possible with shipping options.

  • We only ship orders to the United States.
  • We do not ship to freight forwarding companies (such as companies that ship to customers who live outside the USA).
  • At this time we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO.

We confirm every new customer’s order that ships to a different billing address.

Orders over $99 qualify for FREE SHIPPING. Only orders shipped to the continental United States qualify for Free Shipping.


Broken/Damaged Items

Once your order arrives, please examine it for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If a product has been broken or damaged during shipping, we sincerely apologize!

Please contact us immediately to get instructions. We will require a photo of the broken/damaged item. Please keep the box, packaging materials, and damaged items for inspection by the carrier (USPS). If this is not done promptly and correctly, we are not responsible for exchanging the damaged items.



Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to exchange any UNOPENED products within 21 days of the original purchase.

  • All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, gifts with purchase, and any original product packaging must be returned together.
  • Any original shipping fees are non-refundable. 
  • Please allow up to two weeks for the exchange to be processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return was a result of damage or error. Please return the product, and everything else, via UPS or US mail. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit; we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. Retain your shipping receipt for proof.

All exchanged merchandise must be in its original packaging, including all parts, printed materials, promotional items, gift with purchase items, and have the original sales slip enclosed.

We appreciate your assistance and understanding in adhering to our policy. Please remember that we reserve the right to refuse a refund on any exchange shipment.

Multiple exchange requests are subject to our review and a maximum of three exchanges per rolling year/365-day period are allowed per customer, after which they will no longer be able to exchange items. We reserve the right to deny multiple exchanges on products purchased and exchanged more than once.

Exchanges that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request.

Allergies: On rare occasions, there may be a product with ingredients to which you are sensitive, if that is the case, please call and speak to a skincare professional at Rejuvent Skincare to discuss the use of the product and sensitivity within 21 days of the original purchase. Photographs of the reaction will be taken for submission to the product manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Any special-order items, clearance items, final sales items, or multiple quantity items that require a separate order are considered final sale and non-returnable. This includes personal orders that Rejuvent Skincare places for an individual customer, special orders on discontinued items, and any item purchased in quantities greater than 3.

Rejuvent Skincare reserves the right to change and update this return policy at any time.




Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours (business days), but delays could occur. We do not ship on Fridays. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email shortly after. You will also receive an email once your order has shipped. Please check your spam /bulk folder if you do not receive the email.

Orders that are custom or involve large quantities may take longer to process. For the convenience of those clients who prefer to purchase by phone, we offer a toll-free phone number – 1-877-800-2147. Our skin care professionals will be happy to assist you with ordering or answering any questions you may have Monday to Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM MST (not including holidays). Viewing Orders

Your orders can be accessed through “My Account” in the top right-hand corner of your screen. Click on “My Orders” to view orders.



Updating Account Information

To update your account information click on “My Account” in the top right-hand corner of the screen.  After you login “My Dashboard” will show your current information, here you can change your password, edit your name, email address, and billing and shipping addresses. You can also see your previous orders and everything related to your account.

We handle every patient’s information securely, under our HIPAA compliance guidelines, and treat our online customer’s information with the same importance.

Information is collected during site visits and during the purchase process. Site visit information is used internally to help enhance the overall Rejuvent SkinCare shopping experience. Purchase information is maintained in account form as required to engage in secure e-commerce. If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. Your information is not shared with any other company.

You must provide contact information (such as name, email, shipping, and billing address) and financial information (such as credit card number, and expiration date). This information will be saved to your customer profile and will be used to complete your purchase. Your credit card information is encrypted and not saved on our system. The last 4 digits of the credit card, if you choose to save it during the checkout process, are saved directly on the credit card processing system server, which is secure and encrypted.

Account passwords. Please use strong passwords when creating your account. Users with weak passwords flagged by the system will have their passwords changed, and an email will sent for them to change the password.

Users who create accounts or purchase products may receive communications via email. Users may opt out of our mailing list during the order process. If a user does not opt out during the order process they may log into their account and update their preferences.
