Frequently Asked Questions
How should I use the Retinol Mask?
After cleansing with your favorite cleanser (we recommend the Jan Marini Bioglycolic Cleanser), apply a thin even layer to the entire face avoiding the eye area. Leave the mask for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove with a clean, moist washcloth using lukewarm water. Splash face with clean water to rinse thoroughly and blot dry.
Is it normal to sting or tingle when I am using the mask?
Yes, during use mild stinging or tingling may occur.
How can I maximize the results of the Retinol Plus Maks?
We recommend applying the Jan Marini Skin Zyme Mask after you cleanse and rinse the skin. The Skin Zyme Mask removes dead cells and debris paving the way for deeper penetration of the Retinol Mask.

My skin always gets irritated with retinol and I am not patient to try and acclimate to it, so I avoid Retinol. BUT this product works great on my skin and it does not irritate it at all. I can use it 3x a week while I am watching TV and am happy I can finally use a retinol product.
