Alastin Skincare Gentle Cleanser is a self-foaming, oil-free cleanser that removes makeup, dirt, and pollutants and leaves the skin clean and nourished.
The Gentle Cleanser also contains powerful antioxidants that help to calm the skin so there is no irritation. This gentle gel cleanser can be used post-procedure and it is non-comedogenic (does not clog pores), it’s hypoallergenic, paraben-free, cruelty-free, and gluten-free.
The Alastin Gentle Cleanser completes the Alastin Skincare regimen and it’s a must-use if you are having skin treatments such as Chemical Peels, IPLs, PRP Facials, and Microneedling.

Is this cleanser recommended for all skin types?
Yes, all skin types can benefit from this gentle cleanser.
Is this really oil-free?
Yes, there are no oils in this formulation.
Does it contain fragrances?
No, it does not contain artificial or synthetic fragrances.
Does it contain sulfates?
No. It is sulfate-free.
What makes Gentle Cleanser “foam” if it is sulfate-free?
While Gentle Cleanser does not have irritating sulfates, it does contain a sulfonate that gives it the “foaming” action. Sulfates and sulfonates are NOT the same things. Unlike sulfates, sulfonates are actually derived from coconuts and help certain molecules to be easily broken down and removed from your skin. Sulfonates from coconuts remove ingredients found in makeup, oily products, moisturizers, and SPF.
How long will this product last?
This is completely dependent upon use. If you follow Alastin’s use suggestion and use 1 pump, twice a day, it will last approximately 3 months.
Can I use it after a procedure?
Gentle Cleanser is intended for daily use as well as safe to use post-procedure.
Does Alastin make another cleanser?
Yes, Alastin makes the Ultra Calm Cleansing Cream, which is a creamy cleanser with a moisturizing finish. Both Alastin cleansers are very gentle.
PRO Tip: For skin exfoliation before applying your serums, try Alastin ReSURFACE Skin Polish, this scrub helps do unclog pores, remove dead cells and debris and polish the skin without drying it.
For daily use as needed, can be used morning and evening.
Wet face with warm water. Using 1 pump, lightly massage Gentle Cleanser onto face and then rinse thoroughly.
Avoid getting in eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

This is my absolute favorite face wash. Nothing compares to it. It makes my skin feel so clean and refreshed. I began using this in May of 2021 and there was about a 3-4 month period where I ran out and I noticed a difference in the way my skin looked and felt. It took me so long to find a good daily face wash and this is it my friends!
