What is the difference between UVA and UVB damage?

Why there is no expiration date printed on the bottle?

Sunforgettable Total Protection Face Shield sunscreens do not have an expiration date printed on them. This is because the FDA requires all over-the-counter drug products, including sunscreens, to undergo stability testing. Products that pass 3 years of real-time stability testing no longer need an expiration date, as they are proven to remain stable for at least 3 years.

This product has passed the 3-year stability test, so an expiration date is not required. However, once opened, we recommend using the product within the PAO (period-after-opening) timeframe, indicated by an open jar icon on the packaging. For most products, this is 12 months, ensuring peak efficacy.
