I don’t live in Arizona, can I still become a virtual patient?
Yes. We have many patients that live in other states and we can chat via phone or communicate via email. To purchase any product you will need a billing and mailing address in the USA. We do not ship to shipment distribution centers.

Is there a cost to become a Rejuvent Medical Spa virtual patient?
No the customer service and the time spent with us will not cost anything.

What are the steps to become a Rejuvent Medical Spa virtual patient?
First, you will fill out a secure form on our website – the form is below. We request that you send us a photo for our records. After we receive your information we will contact you to complete the process. During this process, you will be required to talk briefly with a Rejuvent Medical Assistant or Patient Coordinator to go over your medical history.

After that, you will be able to purchase RX and MD products. You can also email or call us with any product or skincare regimen questions.
