Great Usage Suggestions for Coconut Oil:
- To Hydrate & Moisturize Your Face, Neck, and Décolleté – Use a small pea-sized amount on dry facial areas after a shower or bath.
- To Hydrate, Moisturize and Nourish the Skin on Your Body – Use as a daily body moisturizer by rubbing generously into skin. Can be used anytime throughout the day but will absorb best on damp skin.
- To Nourish Your Hair – For a nourishing hair treatment mask, gently massage into hair and scalp and let it soak in for 1-2 hours before rinsing with warm water and washing normally with shampoo and conditioner.
- As a Massage Oil – Use a small amount at first and then add more as needed.
- As a Bath Oil – Add a teaspoon (or more) for light and moisturizing bath oil to leave you silky soft.
- To Smooth Flyaway Hair – Rub a very small amount between your hands and smooth over the tips of your hair. Protect clothing by putting a towel around the shoulders or applying it while in the shower or bath.
- On Cuticles – Use as a cuticle oil and to reduce the appearance of scars.
- As Intimate Oil – use to add moisture (not latex friendly).
Coconut oil solidifies in temperatures above 76 degrees Celsius. It can be refrigerated or gently warmed before use. Not latex friendly. Sediment is natural.
