Plum Flower Gan Mao Ling is a Chinese Herbal Medicine formula recommended for those with body stress associated with the common cold and the flu.
Take Gan Mao Ling as soon as you feel the first signs of a cold or flu coming on with symptoms such as a scratchy throat, feeling cold, sensitivity to wind, runny nose with clear phlegm, etc. Take it immediately and often and it can help to reduce the symptoms and shorten the length of your cold!
If a sore throat occurs along with the cold, it can be taken with Chuan Xin Lian Pills. If there is accompanying nausea or diarrhea, Curing Pills can be added.
